Mr. Anant Narayan Bhave started the Business in 1974 with a single aim of providing the customers with HOMES and not houses. Doing several projects in THANE and around Thane his name is taken for the trustworthiness and the best quality work done by him in the last 4 decades.

The pioneer of construction of TOWERS in thane which was built in 1985 AMEYA APARTMENTS was the first building to exceed the limit of 4 floors in thane which still stand proud and in the best condition.

Later joined by his son Mr. Ameya Anant Bhave in 2010 after which the business was expanded to places like Lonavala and Igatpuri where the projects are in stages of completion.
